Vered is a global professional and researcher in the area of International Management Consulting. She specializes in Leadership Development & Global OD, Leadership Strategy and Org. Transformation. She is working internationally, across Europe and APAC, working with global teams, from top multinational corporations, on their most profound key leadership challenges.

Vered has held various global roles in Europe and Africa with the Center for Creative Leadership©. In her last role with CCL©, she led Talent Management for the Organizational Leadership Practice in the EMEA region. In addition, she worked with high level clients on their leadership development challenges, together with the EU and with businesses.

She began her career at Intel corporations over 16 years ago, in the training department. Prior to joining CCL in Brussels, she worked at the banking sector, within senior leadership development practice areas. Her experience ranges from designing and consulting on management development tracks, organizational change to senior teams' engagements facilitation, and global LD programs delivery, in the private sector, High-Tech, Telecom, Pharma, Banking, the luxury car industry, the Government sector – EU, in Europe, Africa, APAC and Israel.

Vered is also working with Blanchard IL, delivering Situational Leadership, and global leadership programs to senior managers and executive teams, within the high tech and pharmaceutical industries.

Vered is a certified 360 feedback facilitator and administrator of various 360 suite. She is Certified in Situational Leadership, and in other assessments such as 4-Mat, the Influence Style Indicator and LTM. She is also a certified Executive Coach by the Technion (The Israeli MIT) with a specialty in executive & organizational coaching, for both individuals and groups.

Vered holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology and Anthropology and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology and critical thinking, both from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. She is currently working on her third-degree thesis in the area of International Management Consulting research, at the Hebrew University.

Vered's articles and publications in the field of Executive Education, have been published globally in respected journals, such as the 'Training Journal' in the UK and in the USA, on the following topics; Organizational Transformation, Networks, Shared Value Creation, CSR and Leadership Strategy.
