Fay Kandarian has worked both as an internal and an independent organizational change consultant over the last 20 years. Her extensive line, staff, and executive experiences provide constant reference points that inform her consulting. Her areas of expertise include whole systems change, executive coaching, strategic planning, intervention design, leadership and team development, and process consultation

While doing doctoral research at the Columbia University Department of Organization and Leadership, Fay studied and developed proficiency in using large group interventions as a new paradigm for organization development and large-scale change

She is known for her ability to help organizations achieve wide-spread, systemic change by working with both leadership and the whole organization

Fay received her MA from Columbia University and is expected to graduate with a doctorate in May 2004. She received her MBA from the University of New Haven and her BA from George Washington University
