Zehava Cahanovich-Packler is an expert on Leadership Development and leading OD processes.
For more than 25 years Zehava has worked closely with leaders in the Israeli army (IDF) and global organizations, helping them foster growth and achieve high performance.

Zehava has worked with the IDF Central Military School for Leadership Development as a leadership development consultant and consulting project manager.

She has facilitated leadership development workshops for commanders, provided commanders with managerial approaches and tools, and managed leadership development projects.

Zehava has worked with Amdocs. As a Human Resources business partner of the R&D division, she was a member of the divisional executive management team, accountable for all Human Resources activities in the division, including human resource, organization, leadership development, evaluation process, compensation and benefits, staffing, and employee services. As a senior expert at the Organizational Development Department, she developed a succession plan to attract and retain key talent, conducted several role analysis processes, and established a core competency model for executive positions. She also developed and conducted organizational surveys and diagnosis processes.

Zehava earned her advanced degree in Behavioral Sciences from the Ben Gurion University, and her MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
